The is the wiki for the Observational Cosmology group

Group Ethos

We endeavour to have an open and honest group that values everyone's contributions. Anyone is able to raise any issues, both professional and personal, without criticism or judgement. We aim to have a group that can work together, where ideas can flourish and be pursued by anyone, and where others can contribute in an open and productive way.

We do not adhere to a "PI model" of research, and promote and encourage early career researchers to lead projects and publications, where senior members of the group may or may not be involved, with the decisions lying with the project lead.
